1 Definitions & General Provisions

In these terms and conditions, "ad88", "Platform", "we" or "Site" refer to the online betting service of ad88. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on this platform.

By opening an account or using services on ad88, you are considered to have accepted all the terms set out in this document. These terms may be updated from time to time; the latest version will always be available on this page.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may operate only one account.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each member may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are operated by the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses or deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username, password) completely confidential. ad88 will never ask for your password by phone or email. Please notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ad88 currently processes transactions through Bangladesh's most popular mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal time: Usually completed within 5–30 minutes.

3.3 Source of Funds

Members may only deposit using payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits made using third-party accounts are prohibited and such transactions will be rejected.

3.4 Withdrawal Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request, ad88 may verify your identity if required. If additional documents are requested for verification, they must be provided within 48 hours.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ad88 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To become eligible to withdraw a bonus, you must place bets worth 25 times the bonus amount (not the combined deposit and bonus amount). For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own terms and expiry, which are stated in the offer details.
• Bonuses are for personal use only; group betting or bonus abuse may result in account termination.
• ad88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• Once a bonus has expired, it can no longer be used.

4.4 VIP Program

Regular members can access the ad88 VIP program. There are five tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Members can move up to higher tiers through regular betting activity.

5 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

5.1 Permitted Use

All services on ad88 may only be used for legitimate recreational purposes. Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Claiming bonuses multiple times through multiple accounts.
• Conducting harmful activities against the platform's servers or network.

In the event of any of the above violations, ad88 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit the balance.

6 Responsible Betting

ad88 places the highest priority on responsible betting. We believe that betting is a recreational activity, and we are committed to ensuring it never becomes a cause of personal or financial problems.

6.1 Self-Exclusion & Limit Setting

9 Account Closure & Termination

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Any member may close their account at any time. Please complete any pending withdrawals before making the request. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.2 Termination by ad88

ad88 reserves the right to close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Creating an account with false information.
• Conducting suspicious financial activity.
• Being identified as a minor.

10 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

ad88 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, ad88 is not liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection, third-party service interruptions, or any other external factors.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
